Dr. Laura Tonetti Hall, DVM, PA
Dr. Hall attended Auburn University where she received a bachelor of science in Zoology and graduated from the prestigious College of Veterinary Medicine in 1997. She practiced in Baldwin County, AL and Atlanta, GA, before returning home to East Hill Animal Hospital in 2002. She is married to Dr. Jason Hall and has three beautiful children as well as three dogs, two cats and two horses.
Dr. J. Miles McDaniel, DVM
Dr. McDaniel also attended Auburn University where he graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine in 1975. He previously owned three veterinary hospitals in Tennessee and Virginia specializing in small and large animal medical and surgical care. Dr. McDaniel joined the staff of East Hill Animal Hospital in 2007.
Dr. Stacia McGuffey – DVM
Dr. McGuffey graduated from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2016. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Western Kentucky University in 2010. She was born and raised in south central Kentucky, where she got her first job in a veterinary clinic right out of high school and fell in love with the profession. Dr. McGuffey joined the team at East Hill Animal Hospital in 2017. She has a special interest in physical rehabilitation, and completed her certification in Canine Rehabilitation in 2021. She has two dogs, Molly and Audrey, and one cat, Lieutenant Dan.
Dr. Limarie Rodriguez – DVM
Dr. Rodriguez has worked as a small animal veterinarian in the surrounding area since 2004. She is a 1997 graduate of Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine, where she obtained her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Rodriguez is currently the staff veterinarian for the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center. She is an active member of the community and has been recognized on multiple occasions for her community service. Dr. Rodriguez, her husband Benjamin Stevenson, and their daughter Felisa live on Pensacola Beach with their three cats and two dogs. They enjoy many beach activities including their work with Sea Turtles, camping, and paddle-boarding.
Dr. Gunn – DVM
Is a native of southwest Alabama. He has been working with animals his entire life on his family’s farm, and at the local veterinary clinic where he was raised “ever since I can remember.” He studied Animal and Dairy Science at Mississippi State University, and graduated from Tuskegee University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Gunn enjoys spending time with his wife, Juliana who is a nurse, and his daughter Emery. He has two spoiled rotten dogs, Case and Sophie.
Dr. Floyd - DVM
Is a native of South Carolina, and went to Clemson University before receiving his doctorate degree in Veterinary Medicine from Tuskegee University in Alabama. He is driven by a sincere and genuine compassion for animals and their owners. He is well-versed in using the latest and most innovation diagnostic imaging tools, but brings a personable and emphatic view to improve both the quality of life to his patients. He is personable and a real joy to be around.
Barbara – Chief Financial Officer
Barbara has worked in customer service for over 25 years and has over 20 years of accounting experience. She joined the staff at East Hill Animal Hospital in 2011.
Laraine – Inventory Manager
Laraine has over 35 years of combined experience in retail sales, management and purchasing. She joined the staff at East Hill Animal Hospital in 2007.
Amy – General Manager
Amy has worked as an Operations/HR Manager since 2002. She graduated from Life University in 2001 with a degree in Healthcare Management and returned to Pensacola to help Dr. Hall open East Hill Animal Hospital and the Pensacola Pet Resorts. She branched out in 2012 to gain more business experience in the human healthcare industry for 7 years, and returned to East Hill Animal Hospital in 2019. Amy has two dogs and is from Gulf Breeze, Florida.
Kristinë – Head Veterinary Technician
Kristinë gained over 10 years of experience working with exotic animals, primates and carnivores while working as a keeper at a zoo. She joined the staff at East Hill Animal Hospital as a Veterinary Technician in 2010.
Mary – Receptionist
Mary began working with us at East Hill Animal Hospital in 2005 and then moved away from the Pensacola area in 2013. She loved her working experience here so much that in February 2016 she rejoined our staff. With over 8 years of customer service experience Mary holds an AA degree from PSC and has also assisted in taking care of Dr. Hall’s three children over the years. We welcome her back and she is very excited about rejoining our team here at East Hill Animal Hospital.
Crystal – Receptionist
She started her career at Pensacola Pet Resort Too back in 2003 where she also worked as a receptionist, kennel technician, and massage therapist. Animals have always been a part of her life and she currently has six rescued “fur babies” at home. Working at the resorts enabled Crystal to care for many pets so it was a natural transition for her to move to the animal hospital.
Parris – Veterinary Technician Assistant
Parris originally worked as a kennel tech at Pensacola Pet Resort in May 2023, but had the wonderful opportunity to join East Hill animal hospital as a tech assistant in January 2024. While she does not have any pets of her she spent a lot of her time around the animals her family and friends had. She volunteered at Alaqua Animal refuge for two summers and is currently enrolled in Pensacola State College’s Veterinary Technician program to become a Certified Technician.
Karissa – Veterinary Technician / Manager
Karissa started working as a Vet Tech at EHAH in the spring of 2022. She has worked with animals since 2015 when she first started as a volunteer for an animal shelter in Mississippi. Karissa has a passion for helping pets and owners alike. She has two cats and a dog of her own and enjoys camping, traveling, and gaming in her free time.
Deanna – Assistant Head Veterinary Technician
Has been in the veterinary field since 2014 and is a graduate of the Faulkner State vet tech program. She enjoys spending time with all of her animals at her farm in Robertsdale, Al. in her free time. She joined the team at East Hill Animal Hospital in April 2016.
Madison – Veterinary Assistant
Madison started working at PPR2 in the fall of 2021. She is currently enrolled in college and was promoted to EHAH as a Vet Assistant. She looks forward to learning more about vet medicine!
Eric – Veterinary Technician
Eric has been a vet technician since 1996 and he joined the East Hill Animal Hospital team in 2023. He thrives in environments where he can help pets and owners live their best life. When not at work, you can find Eric enjoying outdoor activities. He looks forward to meeting you soon!
Franki – Veterinary Technician
Frankie became a vet tech at East Hill Animal Hospital in May 2022 after moving to Pensacola from Virginia with her fiancé, Ryan. She finds helping sick animals to be the most rewarding part of the job! In her free time, she enjoys reading and playing with her two doodles, Tucker and Hendrix.
Kassandra – Reception Manager
Kassandra joined the EHAH family in 2017 and has worked her way up to being the reception manager. She has over 20 years of customer service experience and looks forward to meeting you and your pets.
Angela – Veterinary Technician
Angela has been with the animal hospital since 2006 as a veterinary technician.
John – Surgical Technician
John has been with East Hill Animal Hospital since 2017 in the position of Veterinary Assistant.
Sidney – Certified Veterinary Technician
Sidney received her certificate from the FL Veterinary Medical Association to become a Certified Veterinary Technician and has been with East Hill Animal Hospital since 2018.
Holly – Veterinary Technician
Holly has been working with the company since spring 2021. She started as a kennel technician at PPR2 and was promoted to vet assistant at the animal hospital. She excelled in her position and was again promoted to vet technician. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her dogs!
Briana – Veterinary Technician
Briana has been a technician for five years and loves animals and finds it rewarding to keep them healthy and happy! Her hobbies include roller skating, studying, and going to the gym.
Jessica – Veterinary Technician
Jessica is a Colorado native who moved to Pensacola in July 2022 with her fiancé, Tyler and joined the EHAH staff shortly after. She is currently a senior at UWF pursuing an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science and is hoping to attend veterinary school fall of 2024! Outside of work and school, you can find Jessica at the beach, fishing, on a paddle board, or at home snuggled up with her two kitty fur babies, Wesson and Kimber!
Jessica H – Receptionist
Jessica has been working in the veterinary world since 2012. She has worked in all areas of an animal hospital & joined the team in 2024. She has 2 pugs, a pitbull, 3 cats, & 2 children at home that take all of her free time & money.
Alyssa – Receptionist
Alyssa has 8 years of customer service experience and has a lifelong passion for animals. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends outdoors and snuggling with her rabbit, cat, and dog. She joined the East Hill team in 2024.

Graham – Lead Kennel Technician
Graham has been a bath technician here at Pet Resort Too since 2017. He has a long history of raising and rescuing animals. . He is a father of two children, two dogs, and two cats. He enjoys helping our furry friends look and feel their bestLead

Amy has worked as an Operations/HR Manager since 2002. She graduated from Life University in 2001 with a degree in Healthcare Management and returned to Pensacola to help Dr. Hall open East Hill Animal Hospital and the Pensacola Pet Resorts. She branched out in 2012 to gain more business experience in the human healthcare industry for 7 years, and returned to East Hill Animal Hospital in 2019. Haleigh – Kennel Manager
Haleigh is originally from Texas. Her heart is a haven for furry friends. When not working, she can be found surrounded by the delightful chaos of her animal companions. Haleigh’s love for her pets transcends the ordinary. She is passionate about playing video games, playing the saxophone and scuba diving
Angel – Receptionist
Angel started working at Pensacola Pet Resort in May 2023. She has two tuxedo cats she loves to spoil back at home. In her spare time, she enjoys creating art, cooking, and gaming. She has always had a passion for animals and is super excited to meet your fur babies!
Mariah - Receptionist
A Michigan native raised in Florida, she has a deep passion for animals and a positive, welcoming attitude that helps both pets and their owners feel at ease. Outside of work, she enjoys playing with her dog and cat, as well as reading and creating art.
Brendan - Receptionist
A Pensacola local, joined our team in the fall of 2024. She is someone who always puts others first with a smile to light up any room. She has always had a love for animals big and small. She loves spending time listening to music and playing with her two cats.
April – Kennel Technician
She has been with us since the summer of 2023. She is a graceful, respected, works well with others and absolutely loves animals and their humans too! She is native to Fort Walton Beach, but has lived in Pensacola since 2022 and loves it!
Lucas – Kennel Technician
Lucas is a kindhearted kennel tech who has a talent for dogs. He really enjoys making friends with all the dogs here at PPR. His favorite part of the job is playing with the dogs and helping them find playmates

Jasmine – Kennel Manager
Joined the staff in August 2015 as a Kennel Technician. She feels that it’s truly amazing to be able to work with such great customers and their pets. In her free time she volunteers at the Pensacola Humane Society. She is looking forward to working at Pensacola Pet Resort for many years to come!
Bre – Reception Manager
Bre joined the Pensacola Pet Resort teams in winter of 2021. She has over 20 years in customer service and she enjoys working with all animals, especially cats. When she is not at work, she loves to read, listen to music, and go hiking.

Lorie – Groomer
She has been grooming since 1985 and has been with us since 2004. Lorie has a deep passion for dogs of all shapes and sizes. When she finishes beautifying pups at work, she heads home to spend time with a pack of her own which range from a 4 lb yorkie to a 150 lb newfoundland. In her spare time she enjoys repainting furniture and retail therapy. Lorie is a huge fan of Ohio State, go Buckeyes!
Dayna – Grooming Receptionist
Joined the staff in December 2015 but has had many years of experience in the pet industry. Dayna loves meeting and playing with all of the “kids” that visit us. She has 3 pups of her own: a standard poodle, a morkie and a french bulldog mix. She is currently enjoying working as a receptionist in our grooming department.
Shelby – Groomer
Shelby joined the Pensacola Pet Resort, Too as a groomer in fall 2021. She has been grooming dogs for over two years, and loves the challenge that each day brings allowing her creative style to show in her haircuts. In her off time, she is an entertainer in circus arts.
Laura – Groomer
Though new to dog grooming, Laura is no stranger to caring for dogs. Her childhood dog, Gurtie, inspires Laura to treat every dog like her own. Pet owners can expect a quality and familiar groom, reminiscent of her mentor Lorie. When Laura is not transforming your pup, she enjoys going to concerts, getting tattooed, and hanging out with her two dogs, Hamlet and Penelope.
April – Groomer
April has been grooming since the late 1980’s. She grew up “doggy” and learned how to groom under her mother’s expert tutelage and soon became a very competent groomer. She joined our team here at Pensacola Pet Resort, Too in December of 2023.
Amanda – Receptionist
Amanda joined the team in Spring 2023! Her customer service experience over the last 20 years has made this a seamless transition into the animal industry! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids at the beach or she can be found hanging out with her dog, Bailey and two cats, Mittens & Gizmo!
Lacey – Receptionist
Lacey Joined Pensacola Pet Resort, Too in 2021. She was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. Her favorite dog breed is dachshunds. In her free time she enjoys time with family and friends, going to the beach late at night and drawing. She also loves working on and fixing cars!
Alexis – Receptionist
Alexis is new to our team in 2023 and she is very excited to be working with us as a receptionist. She is learning a lot about big dogs and has really enjoyed meeting all of our daycare dogs! She has a bunny at home named Bean and her favorite dogs are English Bulldogs. She enjoys going to the movies with her friends and watching her favorite shows.
Kyleigh - Receptionist
Hello, my name is Kyleigh, and I joined the Pensacola Pet Resort Too team in 2024 as a receptionist. I have two dogs, Coco and Bruce, and I’m passionate about animals. I truly enjoy spending time with the dogs and caring for them.
Cassie – Kennel Technician
Hi, my name is Cassie! I started working here as a Kennel Technician in February 2022. I love getting to spend my day playing with the pups and getting puppy kisses. I have two dogs, a Boxer mix named Zuko and a Boston Terrier mix named Alpha. I also have a cat named Toph. In my free time, I like to read, play video games and go on adventures with my family.
Gavin – Kennel Technician
Gavin joined the Pensacola Pet Resorts team late 2022, and has loved every second spent with the dogs in our care! While he enjoys relaxing in his free time with a bit of gaming, Gavin’s always here to lend a hand or an ear. Whatever’s needed of him, he just loves to help out!
Savanna - Kennel Technician
Hi, my name is Savanna! I started working here in October of 2024. I love animals and getting to work with them is a dream. I am currently going to school to become a veterinarian. I have 5 dogs of my own who's names are Cocoa, Roux, Moux Kepler, and Teddy. I also have one cat named Paisley. In my spare time I love to read.
Zayda – Bather
Zayda sarted working in the grooming department in July of 2023. Her favorite dogs are German Shepherds, but she loves all breeds. In her free time she volunteers with reptiles and educates the public on them. Her assortment of animals includes everything from leopard geckos and dogs to skunks, with ferrets being her favorite.
Amber – Bather
My name is Amber & I joined the team as a bather back in October 2023, and I’ve been loving every moment of it. The best part for me is definitely all the warm hugs and dog kisses I receive. At home, I have a Boston terrier named Alpha who’s my absolute fur baby. Outside of work, you’ll often find me fishing, camping, and cherishing moments with my family.
Elise – Kennel Technician
Elise joined the Pensacola Pet Resort team in September 2022. She enjoys working with all animals especially Boston Terriers, but her main love is cats! In her free time, you can find her in the garden with her own cats or volunteering with the Everett Animal Welfare Group where they TNR and help injured cats. She also has interned at For Paws Veterinary Clinic in Falcon, Colorado in 2016! Elise loves her art projects and is always looking for a new adventure!
Dixie – Bather
Dixie has been caring for the pups at Pensacola Pet Resort, Too since 2022. She started off as a kennel tech, and she now takes pride in making them feel their best when visiting the grooming department. In her free time, Dixie enjoys sunset viewing and reading. Her dog ,Princess, motivates her to treat every pup like her own.

Matt – Manager and Dog Trainer
I’ve been training dogs professionally since 2007. My passion for dogs lie in behavior modification, helping dogs build confidence and reshaping aggressive and reactive tendencies. In my free time, I enjoy fostering and rehabilitating mistreated dogs so they can live their best life! I have three Bully breed dogs ages 15, 8, and 6. I love working with all breeds of dogs.
Kelly – Reception Manager
Kelly has been working in the animal industry for over 20 years and moved to the area in the summer of 2023. She soon joined the Pensacola Pet Resort Family! She absolutely loves her team, customers and their dogs. During her time off, she enjoys all the adventure Florida offers: snorkeling, paddle boarding, hiking, and biking along the beaches with her dogs.

Marlee – Kennel Manager
Marlee has been working with dogs in a professional setting since 2021 and joined Pensacola Pet Resort Premier in the summer of 2023. She has been around animals her whole life and it just made sense to turn her passion into a career. On her days off, she enjoys hiking with her rescue dog and cat.
Bryce – Kennel Manager
Bryce has been working at Pensacola Pet Resort Premier since May of 2023. He has been working with dogs since 2018. He enjoys taking care and spending time with the dogs that come in and learning about the different breeds. Bryce enjoys loving on his pretty Pit Bull, Kimber and spending time with his loving family.
Eryn – Receptionist
Eryn has been working for Pensacola Pet Resort since the fall of 2022. As a receptionist she really enjoys meeting and greeting all the different dogs that come in for boarding and daycare. When she is not at work, she is either on the boat unwinding or loving on her beloved Pit Bull, Brinley.
Katelyn - Receptionist
Katelyn has been working at Pensacola Pet Resort Premier since summer of 2024 as a receptionist. She has always had a passion for animals. She enjoys meeting all the new dogs that come in! Katelyn enjoys snuggling and playing with her Corgi girl Luna and spending time with her family.
Hunter – Kennel Technician
Hunter has been with Pensacola Pet Resort Premier since the summer of 2023. After being in the United States Navy, he decided to follow his passion of working with animals. He loves caring for and loving on all the dogs. When he is not spoiling the dogs at the resort, he is skateboarding or gaming online.
Adriana – Kennel Technician
I’m a dedicated and passionate dog lover who is an integral part of the team here at Pensacola Pet Resort. My fur family of four at home not only fuels my passion for animal care, but also provides me with a wealth of practical knowledge that I apply to my role as a kennel technician. Being apart of so many dogs lives fills me with incomparable love that’s truly heart warming.
